Platform-Dependent Inclusion
Coverage is shaped by which platforms are observed and how widely they are used across different segments of Cairo. Areas or housing types with lower platform participation will appear underrepresented regardless of their actual residential presence.
This platform dependency introduces systematic gaps that are unrelated to housing scale or relevance.
Absence Does Not Indicate Non-Existence
Properties or districts with limited or no listing visibility should not be interpreted as lacking residential housing. Absence reflects lack of exposure within the dataset, not absence of physical structures or occupancy.
